Sino-Foreign Commerce Chamber Union 中外商会联合会

In today's world economic integration of the situation, to promote foreign chambers of commerce (business organizations) to communicate and cooperate with China chambers of commerce (business organizations), under the principle of equality and mutual benefit, the sharing of resources, cooperation, win-win, we would like to promote "CHAMBER ASSOCIATION UNION - OTATO UNION COMMERCE COMMUNE (INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRY COMMERCE CHAMBERS ASSOCIATIONS UNION - CHINA INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATED NETWORK)" and become the initiator member of the COMMUNE (Union).
A. the COMMUNE (Union) does not set up position of president. Every initiator member is the executive general secretary of the COMMUNE (Union). Every unit/member has the opportunity/responsibility to run/manage the COMMUNE (Union) one month as the month executive general secretary, the management includes monthly meeting/events, monthly newsletter, recruiting new members, and etc.
B. the Articles and rule of the Union will be discuss and deiced at the first meeting of the members/directors of the initiator
C. When every unit receive this proposal, please confirm whether or not to act as the initiator of COMMUNE (Union).
D. If you agree to become an initiator member, please provide the introduction of your unit to the foundation committee, and also welcome any proposal or suggestion.

在当今世界经济国际化一体化的形势下，为积极推进中外经济文化交流合作，促进中国和中华民族的经济文化发展繁荣，经有关的中外商会协会等组织的建议倡导下，中外商会联合会筹建委员会于2008年8月8日在中国上海正式成立并且召开了首届筹备委员会会议，于2008年9月9日召开中外商会联合会筹备委员会第二次大会，于2008年10月10日召开中外商会联合会筹备委员会第三次大会，于2008年11月11日召开中外商会联合会筹备委员会第四次大会，于2008年12月12日召开中外商会联合会筹备委员会第五次大会，于2009年1月1日召开中外商会联合会筹备委员会第六次大会，于2009年2月2日召开中外商会联合会筹备委员会第七次大会，于2009年3月3日召开中外商会联合会筹备委员会第八次大会，于2009年9月9日中外商会联合会在上海正式成立。

中外商会联合会主要任务
• 联络友谊。广泛联系海内外中外商会协会及有关团体，加强中国企业界与海内外商会协会及其团体的联系，增进了解和友谊。
• 加强沟通。向海内外商会介绍中国经济建设、社会发展方面的情况，传递中国经济、社会等领域的各类最新信息；反馈海内外商界
对中国经济建设的意见和建议。
• 促进合作。积极促进中国商界与海内外商界在经济、科技、文化等领域的合作；推进中国和海外商会及其团体之间的合作。
• 提供服务。维护海内外商会在各国各地投资、经商方面的合法权益，为其排忧解难；为各国地区的商会协会在中国和上海的工商团体
提供服务，帮助其解决工作中的困难和问题。

申请加入联谊会的会员必须具备下列条件
• 自愿加入本会；
• 拥护本会的章程；
• 正式成立的中外商会、协会等合法组织；
• 具有一定实力和影响力的企业家；
• 其他与本会有关的部门、企事业单位和个人；

会员权利
• 本会的选举权、被选举权和表决权；
• 参加本会组织的有关会议和活动；
• 获得本会服务的优先权；
• 获得本会的帮助和支持；
• 向本会及主管单位反映意见、要求和建议，对本会工作拥有批评建议权和监督权；
• 入会自愿、退会自由；
• 本会章程阐明的其他权利

会员义务
• 遵守本会章程规则，执行本会的决议；
• 维护本会的合法权益和声誉；
• 积极参与本会活动，完成本会交办的工作；
• 按时交纳会费(暂时二年免费)；
• 关心本会的工作，主动向本会反映情况，提供有关信息；
• 本会章程规定的其他义务。

联谊会管理方式
• 实行入会自愿，退会自由的原则；
• 联合会实行联席理事会方式管理，由发起理事和常务理事实行每月联席轮流负责管理制，每个理事或会员全部平等，只不过分工不
同。每月由一理事单位为轮值执行商会，该理事单位指派一个负责人为轮值执行长，进行一个月联合会的日常管理和活动项目运作；
• 每月底举办总结理事会会议，对当月的轮值执行商会的管理进行评价总结，并进行下月轮值执行理事单位进行推荐安排和工作分工；
• 接受会员单位的委托，协助会员单位的商务交流、招商引资、项目对接、出国考察、投资咨询等工作和项目；
每月每个轮值执行理事单位计划举行相关的座谈会茶话会讲座论坛会展等活动不低于2次；
